Congratulations Jennifer Nason on winning the 2025 Global Australian Award for her incredible work in the financial sector. Jennifer is one of Wall Street’s most renowned women in dealmaking with more than 40 years of global expertise in corporate finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. With an exemplary track record of cultivating and maintaining intimate relationships with CEOs and boards, Jennifer has helped shape the operating and financing strategies of some of the world’s most innovative and competitive corporations. Jennifer began her career at J.P. Morgan in 1986, before relocating to the United States in 1989 where she went on to become Global Chairman of the Investment Banking practice. Following her retirement in February 2025, Jennifer became an independent corporate advisor and board director. She currently serves on the public company boards of Accenture and Rio Tinto, and on the private boards of Dodge&Cox and GoopKitchen. Jennifer was one of four international panelists on the Federal Government inquiry that was charged with examining how the financial system could be positioned to best meet Australia’s evolving needs and support Australia’s economic growth. She was most recently made a member of the Partnership for New York City Innovation Council and the Paley International Council and is also a founding sponsor of Lift our Voices, a nonprofit focused on changing workplace practices for non-disclosure agreements and mandatory arbitration.
