SPOTLIGHT - Jakara Anthony
Born in Cairns to moving to Victoria and joining the Mount Buller moguls program, to now having won 2 gold medals at two consecutive Olympics. Incredible!
This year at Milano, Jakara won the Dual moguls event, taking home gold. This is after having broken her collarbone last season.
Training at both the Geoff Henke Olympic Winter Training Centre in Brisbane, Perisher and The Verase European Training Center, like most winter olympians from Australia, the year involves a lot of travel competing world wide.
